When you make a payment through this website, you’re explicitly stating that you know the terms that rule our agreement. Our agreement is about your payment that you do in money, as the customer, in exchange for a product or service that you receive from me, the buyer. These terms are as follows:
- If me, as the seller, I’m not able to bring the service or product I was commited to, I’ll bring your money back. In any other case, I won’t bring money back.
- Exchange in artworks is not accepted. Every buyer deserves to receive their product in the best possible conditions. If I were selling artwork that it’s not in the best conditions, I’ll let you know and its price will reflect this. So, that’s why artwork exchange is not accepted and money is not brought back.
- Money is not brought back, in courses and other teaching offers either. If you are ill and you let me know that you can’t come before starting our appointment, your seat will be saved for a later, better moment with the equivalent hours and activity type. I won’t save any seat if you don’t warn me, and I won’t bring money back either, of course.
- Better, by definition, not to count on exceptions.
